Container Hydroponics/Aeroponics Solution

This solution focuses on the large-scale mass cultivation of microgreens, with intelligent intensification + year-round mass production at its core. It builds a closed intelligent cultivation cabin based on 40-foot standard containers, specially designed for large-scale planting bases, suburban smart farms, cold chain direct supply supporting projects and special scenarios such as deserts and islands. It specializes in the full-process integrated hydroponic/aeroponic cultivation of bud-type microgreens including mung bean sprouts, pea sprouts and Chinese toon sprouts, enabling standardized mass production free from seasonal and geographical restrictions.

The cultivation cabin integrates vertical aluminum alloy frames, aeroponics-specific corrugated pipes, independently controlled low-voltage LED supplementary lights, 5P industrial air conditioners, a fresh air secondary heat exchange system and a full set of intelligent water and fertilizer circulation systems to create a fully enclosed planting environment. It precisely regulates temperature, light, water, fertilizer and CO₂ concentrations, isolating the impacts of external diseases, pests and natural climates. With no pesticides used throughout the process, it achieves green and pollution-free cultivation. Meanwhile, the integrated aeroponic and hydroponic technology optimizes root oxygen supply and nutrient absorption, shortening the growth cycle of microgreens by 20%-30% and ensuring a crisp taste and more complete nutrient retention.

Equipped with a 10-inch industrial touch screen environmental control system, 4-in-1 environmental sensors, a CO₂ generator and high-definition surveillance cameras, the solution realizes fully automatic closed-loop regulation of temperature, humidity, light, water-fertilizer ratio and CO₂ concentration, supporting unattended operation and remote monitoring for non-stop year-round mass production. A single operator can manage multiple containers, resulting in reduced labor costs. The vertical layered design improves space utilization, the water recycling rate reaches ≥95%, and energy-saving equipment configuration greatly cuts operational energy consumption, achieving efficient resource utilization.
