    In the busy rhythm of the production workshop, a modern hydroponic seedling system is transforming from scattered components into a "plant nursery" capable of nurturing life.


    Frame Assembly: Building the Foundation for Growth

    The assembly starts with the construction of the metal frame. Workers precisely connect aluminum alloy profiles using clips and screws to create a multi-layered, three-dimensional support structure. This not only ensures the stability of the system but also reserves precise space for the subsequent installation of planting channels and lamps.



    Installation of Channels & Water Circulation: Creating Pathways for Life

    Once the frame is stable, we fix modular PVC planting channels onto the shelves one by one, and simultaneously lay out the water circulation system. Pipes, connectors, and circulation pumps work together to form a closed-loop nutrient solution delivery network, ensuring every seedling receives balanced water and nutrients.



    LED Fixture Installation: Simulating the Guardian of Sunlight

    The final step is installing the LED light fixtures. We precisely hoist the light frames directly above each layer of planting channels, ensuring uniform light coverage across all seedling positions. These custom spectral lamps simulate natural sunlight, providing stable energy for plant photosynthesis, allowing seedlings to thrive even without natural light.



    This multi-layer hydroponic seedling system not only solves the problems of low space utilization and frequent pests and diseases in traditional soil-based seedling raising but also shortens the seedling cycle by more than 30% and increases the survival rate to over 95% through precise environmental control. It is suitable for the industrial seedling raising of leafy vegetables, herbs, medicinal plants, and other crops, providing solid technical support for the efficient and sustainable development of modern agriculture.
